Nicole Amanda

Pole Instructor

Nicole Amanda is an NJ native who has always been passionate about dancing. In 2020 she started Pole Dance classes. She gained confidence and fell in love with the shapes her body could make. She trained regularly for 2 years building strength, endurance and skill. 

 

Nicole developed her own Pole Dance style and has been able to encourage, uplift and inspire her peers as she introduces them to the powerful world of Pole.

Jazmin Lugo

VXN Instructor

Jazmin has been a VXN instructor for 5 years but has always loved dance as a child. Growing up being immersed in ballet, tap, jazz, modern dance, and Latin ballroom; she became a Latin ballroom dance instructor. Later after obtaining her Zumba certification, she realized she wanted to direct her focus on women empowerment.

 

Shortly after she took her first VXN class she became a certified VXN instructor. She has ever since been encouraging women from all walks of life to learn to love the skin they’re in through movement and connecting with their bodies.

Aja Humphries

Yoga Instructor

Aja is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and currently working toward her 300 hr certification. She graduated from Chakra Flow University in April 2021 which specializes in chakra and alignment-based Vinyasa yoga.

 

She enjoys teaching people and families who are mindful of their health and well-being.
