Acting & Drama Classes
Heels Dance Class
Heels Class
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years + | Beginner  

In this class, you will learn simple yet sassy dance moves that will increase your ability to retain choreography and execute them while wearing heels. Heels can be any size and they are optional as well. This class is mainly designed for anyone attending to feel confident and sexy dancing in their own skin.

What to wear: Anything that you feel sexy in but can also move and dance in as well. Heels are optional. Knee pads will be sometimes recommended.

Lower body and Core Targeted Class

Open level class. Beautiful Resilient Optimistic Lovable Independent Caring

 

A combination of cardio and calisthenics guarantees a full-body workout. These low-resistance exercises use your body weight rather than other equipment. 

What to wear: Fitted and comfortable workout clothes, athletic sneakers, towel, mat, or towel to lay on for cool-down stretch.

Dance Class
Beginner Adult Hip Hop
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 16 + 

Hip-hop is a street style type of dance that has a very wide range of moves such as breaking, popping, locking, and many more. In this class, you will get to play with these moves and grooves at a comfortable pace while having fun discovering your own individual style and building a dance foundation for yourself. The instructor will teach a fun combination of simple repetitive moves that feel natural, look good, and can be taken out of class and used on any dance floor!

What to wear: Sneakers along with loose comfortable clothing that allows you to dance freely.

Twerk Fit
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years + | Beginner

Twerk Fit, the perfect balance between self-love and fitness, in the form of an interactive class. Using unique waistline techniques, bomb choreography, incorporating fitness and mindful meditation. Classes are full of waist movements, fast and slow body techniques, ticking, and all things Twerk-related.

What to wear:

Dress comfortably in anything you feel sexy in. Leggings, shorts, shirt, sports bra, stretchy rompers, heels, or sneakers.

Fit Women
VXN Class
Duration: 60 Min. Class |
Age: 18 years + | VXN Class

VXN is a dance fitness format inspired by the live stage experience. The class experience promotes mind-body connection, emotional release, and community, in addition, to physical fitness.

What to wear: Fitted and comfortable workout clothes, athletic sneakers, towel, mat, or towel to lay on for cool-down stretch. 

ZUMBA FITNESS
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years + | Beginner

This is a class where mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-calorie-burning dance fitness class. It is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome time. 

 

Every class feels like a party and when the Latin and World rhythms take over you,  you understand why it is often called exercise in disguise.

What to wear: Your favorite workout clothes, athletic sneakers, towel and bottle of water.

Kids Classes
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 4-14 years

A class for boys and girls ages 4-14 years old. Kids will have the time of their lives doing yoga.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes (Sneakers, Ballet shoes, or Jazz shoes) sometimes a class will be taught on bare feet.

Beginner Salsa Fusion
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 12 years + | Beginner

Structured progressive classes, over a three-month period, will help you develop your skill set of mambo fundamentals from scratch. This class is designed for those who have little to no experience dancing Salsa Fusion! You will learn everything from some history of Salsa Fusion, recognizing the timing of the music through different instruments, basic footwork, turns, and body movement techniques.

What to wear: Dress comfortably. T-shirt, tank top, leggings, and sweats.

Shoes recommended: Latin dance shoes - heels or flats.

Couples Salsa Fusion
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 12 years +

Exotic Pole
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years + | Advanced

Combining all of the beginner-level tricks, spins, rolls, and pole climb from beginner pole conditioning into a fun and sexy pole choreography.

What to wear:

Shorts with a tank top or a sports bra. The more skin, the better. Please DO NOT WEAR lotion or oil on your hands or body. Do not wear any jewelry of any kind, you will be asked to remove all jewelry.

 

Do I need to bring heels?

Heels are optional! Class is taught barefoot

Beginner/Advanced Pole Classes
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years +
Pole Fitness Beginner

Come in and learn the basics of beginner pole fitness with a fun fitness class that will help to improve strength and flexibility. In this one hour class you will learn beginner level tricks, spins, rolls as well as how to climb the pole. No experience necessary.

What to wear: Shorts with a tank top or a sports bra. The more skin, the better. Please DO NOT WEAR lotion or oil on your hands or body. Do not wear any jewelry of any kind, you will be asked to remove all jewelry.

Yoga
Duration: 60 Min. Class | Age: 18 years +

lexible, strong, and balanced body

This class incorporates a continuous sequence of traditional postures or asanas that ‘flow’ together by synchronizing movement with breath. The intended goal of the class is to create heat within and attain a more flexible, strong, and balanced body. This class can help build the foundation of your practice as you are taught the fundamentals of yoga with emphasis on correct alignment. Pranayama and meditation are also taught. This is a great class for both beginners and seasoned students.

What to wear: T-shirt, tank top, leggings, yoga mat, towel optional if needed, no socks or shoes.
